Jaime founded Evergrit Partners to acquire and operate a great business as his life’s work, leveraging over 12 years of experience helping companies across different industries create value.
Originally from Colombia, Jaime has always been passionate about building businesses. Despite earning a degree in Industrial Engineering, he chose to start his career in private equity, where he worked closely with founders and saw firsthand what it takes to grow a business.
His entrepreneurial journey began when he co-founded SuperFuds, a healthy food distribution company. While still working in private equity, he spent late nights and weekends building the business from the ground up. This experience reinforced his passion for business ownership, helping people grow, and creating long-term value.
After several years in private equity, Jaime was sponsored to earn his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Inspired by the opportunities in the U.S., he decided to stay after graduation.
Following Booth, Jaime spent several years in the corporate world. He first joined McKinsey & Co., advising Fortune 100 companies on strategy and operations. Later, he became part of the executive team at a cybersecurity company, where he helped the business more than triple in size in just three years.
Having experienced both the challenges and rewards of business ownership, Jaime understands that running a company is about more than just numbers—it’s about people, leadership, and long-term vision. He founded Evergrit Partners to put his experience into action, acquiring and running a business with a hands-on approach while ensuring its legacy continues.
During the pandemic, Jaime met Daniela, who later became his wife. They now live together in Miami. In his free time, Jaime enjoys playing sports or getting lost in a good history book. On weekends, you’ll likely find him at a horse-jumping competition, cheering on Daniela, a professional equestrian jumper.

Learn more about the business as well as future plans. We will sign a NDA to ensure confidentaility.

Letter of Intent
Agree on price and key terms such as timeline, structure and post transaction involvement.

Due Diligence
Deep dive into the business, the industry, and financials to ensure a smooth transition and identify growth opportunities.
05.
Deal Closing
Finalize legal paperwork and kick off transition plan, ensuring continuity for employees and customers
IN PERSON MEETING AND NDA
Once we've had a chance to learn more about your business, we'll schedule an in-person meeting to get to know each other better and discuss the potential partnership further. We'll also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your confidential information.
